Article 1 - Definitions

1.1 EASYNIENUMBER.COM: Refers to the business EASY NIE NUMBER, located in The Hague, registered under Chamber of Commerce number 94887298.

1.2 Client: Any individual or entity that enters into an agreement with EASYNIENUMBER.COM for the provision of services.

1.3 Services: All services offered by EASYNIENUMBER.COM, including but not limited to legal-economic research, starting a business in Spain, application for the EU Certificate (Green Card), car import, registration ("empadronamiento"), and tax residency.

1.4 Parties: EASYNIENUMBER.COM and the Client jointly.

Article 2 - Applicability

2.1 These terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotations, work, orders, agreements, and service deliveries by or on behalf of EASYNIENUMBER.COM.

2.2 Deviations from these terms are only valid if agreed upon in writing.

2.3 The applicability of the Client's general terms and conditions is expressly excluded.

Article 3 - Offers and Quotations

3.1 Offers and quotations by EASYNIENUMBER.COM are non-binding unless expressly stated otherwise.

3.2 Offers and quotations are valid for a maximum of two weeks unless stated otherwise.

3.3 Offers do not automatically apply to repeat orders.

Article 4 - Acceptance

4.1 Acceptance of a non-binding offer allows EASYNIENUMBER.COM to withdraw the offer within three days without the Client being entitled to any claims.

4.2 Verbal acceptance binds EASYNIENUMBER.COM only after written or electronic confirmation by the Client.

Article 5 - Prices

5.1 Prices are in euros, including VAT but excluding additional costs such as administrative or shipping fees unless agreed otherwise in writing.

5.2 EASYNIENUMBER.COM reserves the right to adjust prices annually and will notify the Client before such adjustments take effect.

Article 6 - Payments and Payment Terms

6.1 Payment is always required in advance for all service requests.

6.2 Clients commit to payment upon submitting a service request, as EASYNIENUMBER.COM begins processing immediately after receiving the request.

6.3 Payment deadlines are final. Non-payment results in default without notice.

6.4 EASYNIENUMBER.COM may suspend services until full payment is received.

Article 7 - Late Payment Consequences

7.1 Late payments incur statutory interest of 2% per month from the date of default.

7.2 The Client is responsible for extrajudicial collection costs and any resulting damages.

7.3 EASYNIENUMBER.COM may suspend obligations until payment is made.

Article 8 - Right of Withdrawal

8.1 The right of withdrawal does not apply to service requests, as these services are performed in full with the Client's consent during the withdrawal period.

Article 9 - Execution of the Agreement

9.1 EASYNIENUMBER.COM will execute agreements to the best of its ability but cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

9.2 Results depend on external factors beyond EASYNIENUMBER.COM’s control.

Article 10 - Client Information Obligations

10.1 Clients must provide all required information in a timely and accurate manner. Delays or inaccuracies may incur additional costs.

Article 11 - Liability

11.1 EASYNIENUMBER.COM is only liable for damages resulting from intent or deliberate recklessness.

11.2 Liability is limited to the invoiced amount of the specific service.

Article 12 - Force Majeure

12.1 EASYNIENUMBER.COM is not liable in cases of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

12.2 Obligations are suspended during force majeure until the situation is resolved.

Article 13 - Governing Law and Jurisdiction

13.1 These terms and agreements are governed by Dutch law.

13.2 Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in The Hague.
